However, fate had other plans in store for her. While training for a windsurfing competition in Maui, Kirsty found herself drawn to the allure of kitesurfing. With perfect conditions for kiting and a curious spirit, she took to the water with a kite and never looked back.
Hailing from Wales and with a profound connection to the sea, Kirsty’s transition to kitesurfing was a natural evolution of her love for the ocean. Her dream of windsurfing from Ireland back to Wales on a stormy, windy day symbolized her unwavering determination and adventurous spirit.
